Mission Statement: To reach, teach and educate thousands of people on how to live a healthy life through activity.
I have always been an active person and developing Train by Trina was a marriage of my passions and my professional life. I enjoy seeking results in others and myself. Fitness is a daily part of my life and I enjoy motivating others to develop fitness as a life-long habit.
I develop challenging programs for my clients that are ever-changing, just like their needs. I work with people of all different levels: some who have never exercised before in their lives; and others that have very specific fitness goals in mind. Together we set realistic goals that fit their lifestyles. Every workout is different, to reflect their progress, and, because I think workouts should be fun not miserable sweat sessions.
Your success is my greatest reward.
I have a number of interests and currently road biking is one of them. I have competed in the past in mountain biking as part of the Ontario Cup Circuit and the Canadian Cup Circuit. I enjoy high energy activities such as teaching spinning, running, surfing, stand up paddling and weight training.
The best part about what I do is that no day is the same. There is continual growth for myself and my clients. Every person has unique needs and demands. I am constantly reading and staying current with fitness issues so that I may provide the best service possible.
My education as a massage therapist and experience working in rehab, give me an extended base of knowledge on how to deal with injuries and in injury prevention. I also have a broad base of knowledge in many sports to facilitate your growth in a new activity.
Give me a call no matter what your questions, big or small. I would love to hear from you. If you are at the point where you are still not sure if personal training is something you would enjoy, just call and we will talk about it first and you can decide if you would like to have an initial consultation from there.
In the meantime, drink lots of water and keep a positive outlook on life.
Sincerely,

Trina D. Lambe, RMT
