Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt

Body sculpt is an intense 60 minute resistance training workout, which will tighten and tone your body from head to toe. By using both free weights and their own body weight to provide resistance, participants will develop leaner and more sculpted physiques.

Cardio Kick

Cardio KICK is a cardio workout for all levels with boxing drills to strengthen and tone your arms while getting a cardio workout. It is high energy and intensity. There are boxing drills, footwork, and aggression. This class is great to mix it up and take your cardio to a new level.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which are essential to providing support for the spine, and keeping the body balanced. Specifically, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles. Participating in Pilates on a regular basis will help you to alleviate and prevent back pain.

Class Registration Policies

General:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or cheque, payable in full to Train by Trina, prior to the start of a class or session.

Payment is non-refundable, unless we remove a class or workshop from the schedule in which you are a registered student. In this case, the amount pre-paid for the cancelled classes will be refunded in full. There is no refund on Personal Training sessions that are not used.

There is a $20.00 charge for NSF cheques.

Winter/Spring 2008 Class Registration

The winter/spring group exercise session will run for a period of 20 weeks, from the week of January 7 to the week of May 18, 2007. During this session we will be offering Body Sculpt, Cardio Kick and Pilates classes.

Participants have the option to buy 4, 8, 12 0r 16, and to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes. That means you have the opportunity to attend any and as many classes as you want in a given week. You are no longer limited to a particular discipline or class time based on pre-registration.
