Our staff are skilled professionals with a true passion for fitness - people who are willing to learn and educate. A member of our team will be on site to help manage your buildings fitness facility and to assist users with any questions they might have with regards to the specifics of training, as well as to field any suggestions or complaints.
They will perform weekly spot checks to so see if any machinery needs to be serviced, as well as make note and relay to maintenance staff such issues as emptying garbage, filling spray bottles and paper towel dispensers and general cleaning that might need to be done.
Train by Trina also offers an extensive list of specialty services and classes based on resident demand.

Condo management can expect to receive a monthly report within a week of the end of the month to show the following:
- Classes and areas being used on a monthly basis
- List of outside trainers and payments
- Equipment maintenance, up coming and completed
- Upcoming months lectures/classes/events
