Train by Trina will bring the training to the confort of your own home, thereby eliminating any inconveniences that may stand in your way. We specialize in first time exercisers however our knowledgeable and highly educated personal trainers are equipped to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients.

Our philosophy is to create a positive and challenging session for the client with specific results in mind.

Whether you're a first time exerciser or someone who has simply fallen off the wagon, our goal is to make activity a regular and more importantly an enjoyable part of your life!

  1. We will begin by giving you a free in home assessment. This will include going through medical history, lifestyle/personal information, and release waiver.
  2. Then fitness testing that is inclusive of cardio, core strength, flexibility and muscular strength.
  3. You will then be matched with a trainer who best suits your needs. Our pool of trainers have expertise in fitness, pilates, rehabilitation, lifestyle coaching, nutrition and group exercise.
  4. Based on your goals and current fitness level, your trainer will provide you with an effective workout, motivating you every step of the way towards success!
Contrary to popular belief, you don't need a lot of room to train. It can be done anywhere; a basement, living room, deck or back yard. All it requires is a little resourcefulness, and as we progress, we can make recommendations on equipment purchases so that piece by piece you can build your own home gym.

Periodically, clients are put through repeat fitness testing to measure their improvement from their initial assessment. This allows us to demonstrate progress that has been made, which is highly motivating, as well as gives us an opportunity to redefine their programs and set new fitness goals.
